The tourism sector is one set to experience some of the highest levels of recruitment over the next 5 years. As such, Mangia’s is investing in human capital with a broad and innovative training programme for its employees.
Mangia’s Academy, now in its eighth year, is a specialised training programme involving international partners and professional coaches, welcoming 200 employees for 3 weeks starting on 6 March 2023. The Academy is organised for Mangia’s employees, both existing and new hires, chosen by resort and club managers. The lessons are held in Sciacca, on the stunning south-western coast of Sicily. The Academy will come to a close with a special celebration at Mangia’s Torre del Barone Resort, which will open as a 5 star hotel for the 2023 season.
In this way, Mangia’s prioritises the development of staff skills before the new season begins, with a focus on an ever more sustainable future.
