Discover the famous Norman city of Cefalù: a charming seaside and tourist resort, rich in history and monuments of various eras.

We will start by visiting the superb and imposing Norman Cathedral dating back to 1131, built by Roger II following the vow made after his shipwreck on the coast of Cefalù and, inside, we will visit the beautiful mosaic depicting Christ Pantocreator, the two baptismal sources, the Crucifix painted on both sides dating back to the fifteenth century, and the beautiful statue with the Virgin and Child carved by the great Antonio Gagini in the middle of 500.

The tour continues with a visit to the Mandralisca Museum, where you can admire one of the masterpieces of Antonello da Messina, the famous Portrait of the Unknown and where are preserved pieces of the Mandralisca collection such as the attic crater of splendid workmanship and other curiosities. 

The tour continues with the visit of the characteristic medieval wash house that still retains its ancient charm, and then we will stop in the beautiful Piazza Duomo, where you will be offered a tasting. You will have free time for shopping in the many shops overlooking Corso Ruggero.
