The Green Madonie
Discover the beautiful Pollina, located in the Madonie Park, a geopark that has been declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO.
Pollina is a medieval village that, touching the altitude of 730 meters, dominates the panorama celebrating its magnificence.
During the tour, we will visit the Hellenistic open-air theater called "Pink Stone", because it is made on a rock that, during the sunset, assumes this color.
We will continue to the Tenuta "Luogo Marchese" which, in the past, was an ancient farm belonging to a noble family of Palermo: in this authentic place, we will visit the small church of the family and we will be able to watch the bread baked in the stone oven.
The tour will end with a typical tasting of Sicilian flavors, reliving the ancient traditions.
