For the 2024 season, Mangia's has launched a new restaurant concept - Mediterra. Mediterra is where the smells, sounds, tastes and sights of the Mediterranean come together in a single place. Here, guests can try the tastiest dishes in Mediterranean cuisine, from salad to pasta, from fresh fish to cous cous. Furthermore, one of the main values is the Biophilic Design, which brings nature to the interior of Mediterra, from the furnishings to the menu, from the choice of raw materials to the mise en place, with the presence of the typical Mediterranean plant - the olive tree - both in branding and at the table. The contemporary inspiration and refined design, the furnishings play on a palette of soft colours and natural materials, the culinary heritage of territories rich in traditions - all these factors contribute to making the experience at Mediterra unforgettable.
The new concept is open at Mangia's Brucoli, Sicily, Autograph Collection, Mangia's Santa Teresa Sardinia, Curio Collection by Hilton, Mangia's Torre del Barone Resort & SPA and Mangia's Favignana Resort, where guests can enjoy delicious meals and stunning sea views.
