An explosion of unspoilt nature and the power of fire ...
DURATION - FULL DAY EVERY TUESDAY
VALIDITY - FROM 21 MAY-SEPTEMBER
The tour will start from the port of Capo d'Orlando, a Sicilian town with a beautiful view of the Aeolian Islands and the surrounding mountains. We will board a comfortable and safe boat, and meet the expert guide who will accompany us during the trip.
The first stop is wild Salina, known as the Green Island, famous for the production of capers and malvasia, a sweet and fragrant wine. Here you can freely visit the picturesque villages of Malfa, Santa Marina and Lingua and enjoy the typical products of the island while admiring the characteristic colorful houses and flower gardens. You will be surrounded by the wonderful nature of vineyards, olive groves and woods plus Monte Fossa delle Felci, the highest point of the Aeolian Islands, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. You will see the pristine sea in the bay of Pollara, a beautiful cove surrounded by high cliffs, made famous by the film “Il Postino”.
We will continue to Panarea, the Island of the Caves, with its unique bays of crystal clear water including Cala Junco, Cala Zimmari. We will also pass Basiluzzo Island, the smallest and oldest of the Aeolian Islands, one of the 55 Italian UNESCO world heritage sites.
Finally, we will reach Stromboli, the island with an active volcano, where you can admire the unique vision of nighttime eruptions, and sail along the Sciara del Fuoco, the cliff where the volcano meets the sea.
This is a unique experience not to be missed!
