The Olive Oil Mill & Tasting

Starting from the club, accompanied by one of our animators, we will cross the Sicilian countryside to reach a field cultivated with olive trees that belongs, for centuries, to an ancient family of barons of Sicily.
During the visit, you can admire a thousand-year-old tree (1200 years) and the latomie, limestone quarries, used for the construction of the temples of Selinunte.
Upon arrival at the Frantoio it will be possible to attend the demonstration on the olive harvest and oil production system and taste the typical Sicilian products,
including bruschetta with organic oil produced by this ancient family.
